From a young age I was acutely aware of the struggle of those around me. With a strong desire to confront the challenges of my life as well as help others with theirs I received my Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science with an emphasis in Psychology along with a certification as a Life Coach with Purpose in this Place.

I am a mom of three wonderful kids, navigating my way through the ups and downs of parenthood and relationships within a mixed faith marriage, while striving to maintain health I have fought so hard to regain.

Hope. It sounds so simple and is sometimes thought of as wishful or passive. However, I have come to know through the education of life and the power of coaching that hope is imperative for progress, joy, and in sustaining life itself.

Sometimes we don’t understand the need for something until it is gone. We don’t recognize its power until we experience life without it.

As I found myself in my own intense battle against hopelessness, I started asking myself a series of questions. I let go of what my life, my marriage and my children’s life “should” be and practiced trusting I had the life that would teach, mold, and refine me into the person God created me to be. I believe all challenges can work for our good, which means my children’s and husband’s challenges could work for theirs as well.

I learned to recognize symbols of hope sent to me as a reminder that I was not in this alone.

Hope is resilient, enduring, active, and courageous.

Hope is the bridge, the fuel, and the food to get you to the next place.

I empower and equip women with a renewed sense of hope, giving them fresh eyes to see who they are, where they are and where they want to go. I believe from the beginning we were each designed and created to receive a fullness of hope. The kind of hope that fills you with peace in the darkest of times and creates space for the true and lasting joy we were all promised.
